TPS659411EVM: We are using TPS659413 and TPS659411 for TDAV4M platform design, but TPS659411 cannot output voltage while TPS659413 output normally

Hi TI members

We are using TPS659413 and TPS659411 for TDAV4M platform design,TPS659413 is for master and TPS659411 is for slave.TPS659413  can output normally, but TPS659411 only have no voltage output. I want to know if there are no I2C signal connection between TPS659413  and TPS659411, can  TPS659411 output voltage normally? Is there any important points that we need to double check with the TPS659411 design?

      Thanks for your interested in using our device.

       Would you please answer/comment following questions below for debug:

    1. Did you make any change on the TPS659411EVM from its original delivery?
    2. How did you apply the power to the setup? 
    3. Can you share us some scope captures from VSYS and VCCA?
    4. Please make sure they're stacked up properly.
