    Hello Noriyuki,

    The general output impedance of a voltage doubler is like this: Rout = 2*Rsw + 1/(fsw*Cfly) + 4*ESR(Cfly) + ESR(Cout)

    As this specific charge pump has 2 charge pumps working interleaved, I think that the 2 factors in the middle do not apply for it, but you can keep them in for the calculation.
