Hi team,
Our customer sealed the device before learning cycle and exported the gg file. They wonder if the gg file could be imported into a new program and then export the srec file for mass production. Thanks.
Sincerely,
Jayden Li

Hello Jayden,
We recommend exporting the .srec from the device that went through calibration and learning to maintain the floating point numbers.
The .gg file does not contain the chem ID so that would have to be programmed before the .srec is exported, but yes you can do those steps.

Dear Wyatt,
Thanks for your quickly response!
I want to confirm with you that the gg file exported from the sealed device can be programmed into a new device and then exported the .srec for mass production, right?
Thank you again for your help all the time!
Sincerely,
Jayden Li
Hi Jayden,
Do no seal the gauge until you have completed evaluation, programmed your golden file and are ready to ship.
Best regards,
