TPS22990: N-ch FET's SOA data

Hi team

Our customer want the N-ch FET's SOA data of this device.

Is it possible to disclose SOA data?

    Teritama-san, 

    We don't have SOA data to share for our MOSFETs, but they operate full-time in linear region. In the application where these are used, SOA is not useful as VDS of FET is very minimal as the devices are operated in linear region and have very low RDSON.  And designers do not have direct control of gate source voltage anyways. Is there a particular reason you find a need for SOA? I think our datasheet specifications are sufficient for virtually all applications to understand safe operation conditions. 

    I would recommend to refer to device max supply voltage/load current specification, these are the most useful limits for a SOA-type analysis. 

    Also, recommend to estimate maximum junction temperature at worst case load and ambient temperature conditions.
