TPS2662: Looking for the best product.

Hi team,

I am looking for the best product for my customer request.
Would you please introduce a device that meets the following conditions?

Vin : 8.5V
ILIM : To detect 50~100mA
Soft start : Adjustable(want)
Iq : Under 50uA(MUST)
Other : Current limit delay

    Hi Kengo,

    Can you share application use case and end equipment details.

    Does the application need current limiting or overload detection. ? TPS25940x is another option but it cannot do current limit at such low values but overload detection is possible as per Figure 77 in https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps25940-q1.pdf . In DEVSLP mode, we can limit IQ to 95uA (typ) 

    For current liming between 50~100mA, TPS2662 is the best available device though it does not meet IQ requirement.
