BQ27530EVM: How to enable CC or CCCV charge profile?

Hi Team,

Our customer is using the BQ24161 in host mode, which is controlled by the BQ27530 gauge. 
They would like to know how to switch to CC/CV charging profile. By default, the algorithm inside the gauge's FW is using MLC.

Please let me know if you have any questions with the customer.

    Hello Jonathan,

    Let me check, it looks like all the registers aren't defined in the data sheet, I'm checking if the TRM is available for this part.

    By editing the current and voltages at each step your should be able to duplicate CC/CV.

    Hi Jonathan,

    In order to switch from MLC profile, you can refer to the bq27531 TRM. The TRM for the bq27530 does not exist at this moment.

    You will want to clear the STEP_EN bit in charger options via bqStudio.
