I am looking for a step up converter for an piezo based ultrasonic transducer. Here are my requirements:
Vin: 1,6V < U < 3,7V
Vout: min. 60V
Iout: Ipeak: 25mA
What kind of boost converter do you suggest?
The frequency of piezo is 40kHz.
