Hi team,

Could you help to provide the proposal for a Back to Back OVP switch (need to have reverse OCP feature)? It's nice to have surge protection in OVP switch.

 

Key feature:

  • · Rdson: <40mhom (back to back FET)
  • · Support reverse current blocking
  • · Vin min. requirement is 22V
