TPS40210-Q1: RC pin connection

The connection of the resistor from VIN to RC is correct. It might be misleading that the abs max rating on this pin is 10V, but the device charges and discharges the cap, so during normal operation it will not see a higher voltage.

Having said that, at slowest frequency, the device should not charge the capacitor too long such that the final capacitor voltage reaches 10V and above.

Looks risky to me, if a user connect RC with small resistance and small capacitance value.
