BQ76952: if there is a zener diode between VC16 Pin, Vbat Pin and VSS Pin integrated in the IC

Hi team,

Our customer wanted to know if there is a zener diode between VC16 Pin and VSS Pin integrated in the IC, which would determine their schematic.

How about Vbat Pin and VSS Pin? Thanks~

    Hi Jayden,

    I don't think there is a zener diode, but there is a normal diode between VC16 and VC15. I think there is also a diode between VC16 and VSS and also a diode between BAT and VSS (to prevent these voltages from going below VSS).
