BQ25895M: Not charging cells despite signs it should be. Could someone help?

Part Number: BQ25895M
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25895,

Hi everyone,

I posted a similar article a few months ago asking why my BQ25895 IC won’t charge. I’ve redesigned my PCB for my application to follow better design principles, however I still cannot get the cells to charge properly. Would someone be able to help me out? I have provided the fault register reads below to help debug the issue. I did briefly short B+ to GND which sent a small spark flying, but there appears to be no SYS to GND shorts or anything like that as far as I can see. I have purchased another IC to replace just in case.

What is most weird to me is that register 0x0B states that the cells are fast charging and power good pin is high, however no current is flowing into the battery pack. I am using a 1s2p setup. Any help would be appreciated as I’ve been banging my head against a brick wall for the past 3 hours trying to get this to work.
