Thanks for your inquiry. The technical team supporting this device is based in the US and they are on holiday presently. Please expect a response back from them by Tuesday next week at the latest.
In the meantime, can you confirm which distributer you acquired the devices? If it is a certified TI distributer they should have a process to submit failed units through the distributer and we can interface directly with the distributer to assist you.
