The SPICE unencrypted model is located here. I think it should be possible to translate the SPICE model to IBIS,

Would you help provide IBIS files?
Customer response, for this file can only be used for circuit simulation, and currently needs to be used in the SI (Use Altum Designer software)

Hi Kevin,

The only behavioral model is in SPICE, currently there is no IBIS model available.
