Please send me an email at the address I gave above. I will send you the tracking when the order ships.

Since this is a one-off case, I will not ask the broken one to be returned. If there were multiple failed units, or reports from other accounts, we may want to look into it further, but this EVM design is well proven (shipping for ~14 yrs) at this point.
