Hi,

I am trying to evaluate BQ27426 using Bqstudio Ver1.3.101.
However, the Chemi settings icon that should have been displayed in the previous version has disappeared.
Please tell me the reason for this.
And Could you tell me the recommended version information for BQ27426?

    Thank you for your response.

    Ver 1.3.86 was able to select Pre-programmed data.
    However, in Ver 1.3.101, the selection picture and Chemistry related picture have disappeared.
    I will attach a screen shot of Ver 1.3.86.



    Please tell me the reason for this.
    And Could you tell me the recommended version information for BQ27426?

    Thank you for the screen shots. This looks like an issue in the new version of bqStudio. Please continue to use v1.3.86 for bq27426. There are no updates for bq27426 in newer versions of bqStudio. I entered a bug report for fixing this issue in future releases.

    Thank you for your response.
    Is the "Chemistry" icon displayed on your Bqstudio screen?
    When I reinstalled v1.3.86, the chemistry selection screen disappeared.
    And Could you tell me the version of bqstudio you are using?

    Hello Yusuke-san,

    Please uninstall bqStudio and delete c:\ti\BatteryManagementStudio folder. Then install v1.3.86. That should fix it.

    Thank you for your support.
    I installed v1.3.86 as instructed by you.
    However, chemistry remained gone.
    I tried installing an older version ”1.3.54.1”
    As a result, chemistry was displayed.



    1. Is it recommended to continue using ”Ver1.3.54.1”?
    2. Please tell me the schedule when Ver 1.3.101 is modified and bq27426 can be evaluated.
        Customers are considering multiple TI products.
    　It is difficult to use different software depending on the product.

    It is strange that the the same version with a fresh installation does not work (because it to work for you).  I received information that v1.3.97 broke it.

    You may use v1.3.54.1. There are no documented changes related to bq27426 between 1.3.54.1 and 1.3.86
