I see that TI recommends that the standard setting for Update Status in a Golden Image is to be 0x02. It appears that after the product has been in the field--and completed a successful learning cycle, the Update Status will be 0x06
Questions:
1. Will the fielded product ever change from 0x06 after the first successful learning cycle? During subsequent learning cycles, will the gage sequence through 0x04, 0x05, and to 0x06 as during the first learning cycle?
2. What is the impact of shipping new product with Update Status 0x06?
