Battery pack discharge

Hi team,

Could you help provide a solution for battery pack discharge with below conditions?

There are 3 battery packs and each pack is 8000mAh with 9 Li-on cells.

These 3 battery packs are parallel so there are 3p9s application.

We are looking a way for these 3 battery packs discharge at the same time no matter the battery capacities are the same or not.

Each battery pack discharge may around 10W.

Could you help provide a suggestion?

Hi User,

Looks like these can be put in parallel. Not sure I understand what you are requesting.

Can you explain in more detail how each of packs being used. Why can they not just a single 3s9p?

Seems picture lost.

We need 3 battery pack discharge at same time to provide enough power. And the 3 battery are remoable. it can be remove at any time independently.

Hello,

This seems like a system level question, if you have a part number in mind that you're looking at it would be helpful to link it so we can direct you to the appropriate team.

It seems to me if you have all 3 packs on the same bus they will discharge in conjunction, you wouldn't really need to add regulation. As long as the packs have the same capacity, if one pack is 4000mAh and another 8000mAh you will need regulation to keep each outputting the same power.
