Hi,

How does TPS43060 control dead time?

Does it monitor High/Low Gate drive voltage or SW pin voltage?

I would like to know the reason that the deadtime becomes longer 65ns.

    Hi Kuramochi-san,

    Thank you for posting. Yes the TPS43063 monitors the high side and low side gate pin voltage before it issues the gate pulse. Since there is also some propagation delay, the dead time be slightly longer.
