Hi Ti Team,

I am looking for PWM controller IC or reference design product for flyback converter with efficiency nearly to 92%, input voltage is Universal Input Voltage is 180 to 230 volts AC and output is 46 volts DC 4 amps, Converter can be Quasi resonant or Active Clamp flyback converter. To increase the efficiency of converter what are methods and available ICs to increase the efficiency

Hi Puneet,

Usually , Traditional Flyback such as QR is a little difficult to meet your efficiency requirement. I think the best solution for your design is LLC.

UCC25640X is recommended , for ACF , UCC28782 maybe can touch the efficiency , but the output power is a little higher for a transition mode control . I still suggest you choose LLC .
