Hi Tess,

Figure 24 in TPS51200 datasheet can be used as reference design for DDR3. It can be used for single memory chip as well. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I wanna find a reference design include DDR side connection example like schematic for

PMP9357. But this is for 4 * DDR3, I need single DDR3 one.
