LM2775: short-duration overcurrent

Hello,

I have a continuously oscillating load at the charge pump LM2775 (500 ms on, 500 ms off).
The current profile is as follws:
time after switch on:    current:
   0 µs                    0 mA
 10 µs                200 mA
 20 µs                500 mA
 30 µs                200 mA
200 µs               180 mA
150 ms              100 mA
499,9 ms           100 mA
500 ms                  0 mA

Has the current peak a negative influence to the charge pump?
What is here to consider?
