UCD90160: UCD90160 Configuration File Write Error

Part Number: UCD90160

I have a UCD90160 power sequencer located at address 104d on the PMBus.  I have no problems detecting the device.  I have no problem loading an older configuration file to the device.  A newer configuration file writes the parameters for power rail #1, but then gives a NACK error for the remaining 14 power rails.  I do not see any differences in the Fusion Digital Power Designer setup between the power rails of the two different files.  Is there something that is escaping my attention?

  • Hi

Is the new configuration file designed by you?  Could you send both project files so that we can review?

You can try to erase the device before importing the newer project file. open the device configuration, choose tools->Clear device configuration

After this, the GUI will close. you have to relaunch the GUI and follow the wizard to configure single rail followed by importing the new file.
