PID control parameters for Power Factor Correction (HVPFC2PHIL , UserGuide-ILPFC-PowerSUITE.pdf)

In design reference document (HVPFC2PHIL.pdf , UserGuide-ILPFC-PowerSUITE.pdf) 

The PID parameters Kp Ki Kd  to b0, b1,b2  is as below.     In standard PID, b1 =  -Kp -2Kd.     My question:  why there is Ki  in equation b1 = -Kp + Ki -2Kd  ? . where can I find the reference document which  about how to get the equation?3010.HVPFC2PHIL.pdf
