The device is ROHS compliant as per the web page on ti.com. I am not sure if I understand your question correctly.

Understand that this product is RoHS compliant. But usually the RoHS complaint product the label will have the E logo with chasing arrow.
I would like to clarify what is the meaning if the E logo with no chasing arrow. Picture example as following:

It is my understanding that the logo you are referring to is China's RoHS Compliant logo. This would be a lower case e with two arrows chasing each other around the outside. The product you are referencing is compliant with the current EU RoHS requirements. The logo for the EU RoHS is different and looks like this:
