LM3445: Bleeder circuit position

Hi Sean:

There are some problem with the circuit.I upload the circuit diagram again:

I think BLDR pin can still get input phase and control the bleeder current.I've tried it and It work well.

But I worry there could be problems because it is different to the recommended application circuit.

Can you provide me any advice?

     From my understanding, it looks that it can work but since this is not typical and recommended solution, you need to do more tests and verify this solution.

     But I'm confused why not design it according to our recommend circuit?
