LM3435: About specifications

Hello Team,

I am comparing the specifications of LM3435 and LM3549.
LM3549 has a minimum LED current limit of 100mA.
On the other hand, LM3435 has a description of 1.2mA under I1.5A, 001h condition, so can I think that this IC can control LED current lower than 10mA?
LM3549 data sheet states that the current rise and fall times are 50usec maximum, but the LM3435 does not.
From Figure 19, it looks faster than the LM3549, do you have any specs or data?
LM3535 has internal feedback, which we believe is because the LED cathode voltage does not rise unnecessarily. Could you please tell me the approximate cathode voltage?

Hi Nakayama,

Yes, according to the datasheet, you can control LED current lower than 10mA.

Figure 19 don't show the maximum spec and this device is bit old that we don't have other specs or data.

The cathode voltage is decided by the VOUT and turn-on voltage of LED which you choose to using.

I understand that the LED current can be controlled to less than 10mA.

For other items, I will purchase an evaluation board and measure it.
