Problem for driving the mosfet using UCC3813-1

Hai,

I am facing the problem for driving the gate of mosfet, i have attached the schematic of my project. The output of the UCC3813-1 is getting the just small pick only its not the pure square wave output as you can see in the below image, if i remove the mosfet(irlr3410) then check the output of UCC3813 then getting the perfect square wave from it.

Please guide me some solution for this problem.
