Hello,
It is the same net, there is no difference between them. They are named differently because that is the standard practice in the CAD software for nets that cross a resistor or connector, etc. Electrically speaking, 5V_IN and 5V_UNREG are exactly the same.
We have jumper P5 as a provision for current measurement. Resistor R118 needs to be removed if measuring current using jumper P5.
