TPS543C20: TPS543C20 SYNC pin no output

Hi team,

our customer encountered some issue when using TPS543C20.

The BP pin is 5V and EN pin is around 2V. but no square wave output in SYNC. they use 4 phase but no output in all 4 SYNC.

do you have some advice to figure out the issue? what may result to no square wave in SYNC pin?

Hi Kris,

they now want to know what may lead to there's no signal in SYNC pin. They have many boards and 2 channel in a board. They now find only one board has the issue and only one of the channel has no signal output in SYNC.
