BQ34Z100-G1: Remaining Capacity & Full Charge Capacity Values Not Correct in BQ Studio

I have been able to calibrate the fuel gauge, it reads the correct voltage, current, and temp, but the values for the Remaining Capacity & Full Charge Capacity Values are not correct.

Our design is powered off a 12 V,  (3-cells) battery pack. We configured the number of cells to 3, Design capacity has been set to 10800 mAh, and VOLSEL has been set to High.

How are you supposed to update these values? Which registers need to be changed in order for the capacity values to be correct. 

I have attached a snippet of the values being displayed on my end.
