The customer asked the schematic  PMP20196, is it recommended to use it under the following conditions?
Power range isolation: 18~75V
Output voltage: 5V @ 4A~5A, OCP:> 7A
61850-3 >>> 500~1KV, 500V (minimum requirement)

    Thanks for reaching out with your question and for looking at PMP20196.

    The customer's application specifications fall within the defined specifications for the reference design,

    According to the datasheet of the transformer it looks like the Hi-Pot rating is greater than 2kV. I suggest contacting the transformer manufacturer and asking them for more details on the voltage rating.
