Dear sir,

 We are looking for the following specifications of LDO kindly please suggest..
1.3-channel LDO
2.Voltage input -3.3
3.Out put voltage -1.2v,1.8v,2.8v
4.Out put current - current should be >500mA for each channel output
5.Quiescent current should be <2uA
6.Package would be SOT or QFN it should be able to solder by manually.

    Hi Jagadeesh Muppala,

    While we don't necessarily have 3-channel LDOs, the lowest Iq devices we have in that current range (~500mA) is the TPS7A26 or TPS7A11 which come in QFN-type packages.

    If lower output current is acceptable then I would encourage you to look at our latest low Iq devices in TPS7A02 and TPS7A03 which come in SOT and QFN packages.
