Hi,

Please check below questions, thanks.

1. I test LM25066 EVM, please refer to LM25066 Iin waveforms and the max current is 7.5A that is less than “IN OC FAULT” threshold, but it show “IN OC FAULT”=1 in GUI. May I know why?

2. Table 38 BIT 7 default is “1” and why DIAGNOSTIC_WORD(BLACK_BOX_READ) did not record it but “DIAGNOSTIC_WORD(IO Mode: discrete)” has?

    Hi,

    Looks like the IIN_OC_FAULT bit is set during startup. 

    After startup we recommend to issue CLEAR_FAULTS command once before reading any STATUS bits. CLEAR_FAULTS command doesn't clear bits which correspond to Faults/Warnings which exist at the moment.

    This issue should not occur in steady state if the CLEAR_FAULTS command is used once after startup.
