Dear all,
We are using TPS7A4701-EP convert from 15V to 5V. We notice that NC pins are connected to GND in the EVB whereas it’s open in our design.
In datasheet, it shows that it’s acceptable either left to open or connect to GND, see below:
Below, on the left is our design, and on the right is EVM design schematic.
We would like to ask if there is any hidden risk or performance degradation if we leave NC pins open?
