Issue description:
We are seeing strange behavior of OUTPUT_A which should follow INPUT_A_NON_INV but latches high when the input is grounded. I am attaching the schematic and input waveform where we see this. This only appears on output A, not on output B. Has anyone seen this type of latching behavior on the output? Vc=Vin ~15V, OUTPUT_A remains high after INPUT_A_NON_INV drops.
