Our customer have the following inquiry on TPS53641RSBT.
How do you make a TPS53641RSBT ignore the resistor straps and save the setting that they have changed with the TI tool?
As soon as they remove power, the device is going back to the default settings and reading the straps.
They are able to connect the TI PMBUS tool to it and recognize the settings. It also presents the option to save NVRAM.
They are having issues with them in cold environments. They don't know if they have a bad lot. When they replace the chip, the board works fine in the cold.
