LP8862-Q1: How to select PFET for 2MHz switching ?

Below is my customer schematics, would you help review the R302 and Q300 selection, are they good for 2MHz switching frequency ?

Hi PYTsai,

What's the maximum voltage during load dump? Your PFET needs to survive during this process. Is the 30V of PFET enough for you? The minimum voltage between GS is around -3.7V. You can increase the value of R302 a little bit to increase the gate voltage of PFET.
