Hello Sir:

We are doing the programming the device.

Bust sometimes we will have packet checksum mismatch.

Please refer the figure as below.

 

And sometimes we will have timeout or unexpected response communicating with device.

Please refer the figure as below.

Please provide your recommendations for us and let us know how to check this issues.

    When exactly do the errors occur, is it during the programming of an .srec file or when you refresh the dashboard?

    Thanks a lot.

    Please refer the operation conditions as below.

    Condition 1. After programming .srec file, click the register button of BqStudio page, then it will show "pack checksum mismatch".

    Condition 2. After PCBA tested then enter Shutdown, then assembly battery pack and wake up it, and push the refresh button in register page, then it will show "pack checksum mismatch", and after one or two second it will show ” timeout or unexpected response communicating with device”.

    Condition 3. Sometimes after condition 2, it only shows ” timeout or unexpected response communicating with device”.

    Please let us know what's going on it?

    Hello Statham,

    Make sure you are using the correct bqz file for the FW. The checksum error means bqStudio was expecting a certain value but it is not what it's expecting.

    Can you share the .gg file and bqz file you're using for the test? Does bqStudio auto detect the gauge?
