I did a SIFOS compatibility test with TPS23861 and found two problems.
1、 High_Sig_MaxV=11.9V,It ranges from 3.8 to 11 volts。
2、 Min_Valid_Time_Tmps=110mS,It ranges from 1 to 60 mS。
How to solve these two problems?

TPS23861 should pass SIFOS (please see below PDF).
A couple of questions, do you have an updated version of SIFOS and conformance report like similar to the conformance report below?
Also, do you have a schematic of the TPS23861 implementation? Are you running on autonomous mode?

Looking at the schematic, can you make sure the 3.3V rail is powering up, after the 54V rail ramps up? There is a power up sequence on the TPS23861 that can cause it to misbehave if powered up incorrectly. If the 3.3V goes up before the VPWR goes above it's UVLO, you may need to replace the IC and check again with the correct power up sequence.
The other things I see in the schematic is to try without Q6 since it add gate charge to the GATE pin of the IC.
Also short R54 with 0 ohms resistor.
Also R158 should 47 ohms
