TPS23753A: NO output +5v.

Hi Sir,

may i learn from you, the file attached below.

because the customer currently does not output +5v. 

the transformer be the cause of this issue?

    Yes the transformer could be cause.

    Also we do not recommend diode flyback for 5V - we recommend sync flyback.

    Also the linear voltage regulator should be low voltage reference (1.24V) otherwise it is turning on at 2.49V which is 50% of output voltage.
