Dear Sir,
I am using the L6398 driver with the Mosfet CSD18510Q5BT in the Inverter.
Please suggest a suitable or better part than this driver IC.
Regards
Murthy

Hello Murthy,
For the L6398 suggested replacements, the most similar driver from TI is the UCC27710 620V, 0.5A/1A half bridge driver. The UCC27710 has similar voltage ratings and interlock with higher gate drive current than the L6398. The UCC27710 datasheet can be found below:
I see that the MOSFET is a 40V VDS rated device. In this case you should be able to use a 100V half bridge driver which will provide higher performance regarding delays and drive current.
The UCC27282 is a 100V half bridge driver which will work with this voltage rating MOSFET. This is a 2.5A/3.5A gate drive current driver with the interlock protection. The UCC27282 driver datasheet can be found below.

Dear Sir,
I want to use IC UCC27710 with other specifications.
But I need a bias Voltage supply from 400V_DC (High Voltage side) to the VDD of IC UCC27710

Dear Sir,
I need to connect an Inverter to pin no:3 of UCC27710DR to make the exact equivalent of Pin No: 1 (/LIN) of L6398D.
I don't want to change input PWM logic, Please suggest a suitable IC.
Otherwise, suggest suitable Inverter IC.

Murthy
Hello Murthy,
I am referring this thread to the group who supports controllers and switchers to make the best recommendation for the 400V bias solution. TI does offer a number of devices for this function.

Hello Murthy,
That is correct that the LI input of the TI driver is not inverting as the LM6398D. A simple solution is just to use a small signal FET with a resistor pull up to VDD to create the inverted signal for LI. This will be the simplest solution for the UCC27710.
We do not have a similar device with an inverting input for the LI pin.

Dear Sir,
Please suggest a signal MOSFET part number, delay should not be there in this process.

Dear Sir,
Please find the attached schematic,
Please verify the ramp signal input to the UCC27710DR driver gives the same ramp output at the MOSFET gate.
Please verify the schematic.

Hi, Murthy,
Our gate drivers are designed to drive the gate high or low within a few nanoseconds. It is not possible to use them to generate a 30 second ramp like in your attachment.
You will probably need to design some kind of discrete circuit to do that. The L6398 will not do that, either, it again is designed to drive the gate high or low.
