Hi,

I have used webench tool to design a pushpull converter. Attached the design file. I am not able to get details of transformer design. Can you please support me to select suitable transformer core & design. WBDesign18.pdf

    Hi,

    The webench model does provide with the transformer specs. It looks your transformer needs to step up from about 100V to 1000V. I think a better way is to search on the web to find transformer design steps. As your transformer also involves high voltage, the safety is another challenge design aspect. If you have never done high voltage (in a couple of hundred to over 1000V) transformer design, I suggest you to look for someone in your team to help this.
