TPS65400: Schematic review

Hi,

We are facing issue that output voltage is 0V in all four outputs.

We float the I2C interface and expecting the output through hardware configuration.

Also confirm that regulator require initial program.

Voltage at EN pin is 2.1V.

Please review the schematics attached.

Please revert back as soon as possible.

1. Please re-attach your schematic using the method as Kevin said.

2. Some questions:

All of outputs always keep 0V? never worked?

Did you ever check the CE and RST_N pin voltage?

Comments:

1. please connect 374k resistor between pin40(Rclk_sync) and GND.

2. In layout, please place 22uF MLCC near to PVIN1/2 and place 22uF MLCC near to PVIN3/4 pin.

Then test again.

After placing the resistor, output supply is coming.
