Customer want to check about the reverse current block function of TPS22964C when EN is high. Could TPS22964 block reverse current in this working mode?

Hi Will,

TPS22964 only has reverse current protection when disabled.

For devices that protect when enabled and disabled, you need devices like TPS22916 which have always-ON reverse current protection.
