BQ34110: BQ34110 SOH and Initial Rcell saving

Hello

I start sequence of Initial learning , but after LDONE = 1 there are not any initial parameters.

I mean Initial Rcell and initial Rate

I got this result a few times.

Does this field should be updated automatic ?Or i have to write to those fields needed values?

Hello Anton,

It looks like the LTI bit is set indicating there was an interruption calculating Rcell. You also have IRCOMP set which means the initial Rcell was calculated.

You're looking for why the value is not updated in the register tab?

Maybe it happened due i manually started EOS_RCELL_RRATE_LEARN() and broke timer countdown?

Hello Anton,

If you sent the command while it was learning then it could've reset the timer.

Hello

I did some experiment with new and old battery.

Initial learning i started with new battery

Then i changed battery and stayed it for testing.

And have got next results.

Why do I have SOH = 100% if Initial Rcell = 66 and Rcell = 240 mOhm ????

Hello Anton,

SOH is a function of FCC and Design Capacity. Did you run a qualified discharge to update the FCC while keeping the design capacity the same?
