TPS6590378 user's guide shows OFF2ACT Sequences and ACT2OFF Sequences in 6.1 and 6.2.

How long is delay from On Request to SMPS8, also from Off Request to RESET_OUT?

Here is the delay for ON request. It is in the datasheet SLIS165G

ON Requests

ON requests are used to switch on the TPS659037 device, which transitions the device from the OFF to

the ACTIVE state. Table 5-9 lists the ON requests.

I understand a little around the event occurring, but what does debounce mean in this paragraph?

In addition, is there no regulation for N/A?

Hello Hideki,

I guess we can simply say it is a delay. During this delay an event (due to noise for example) is not considered. N/A means no debounce time. I hope this answers your question.
