LM25066: SMBA/ still be high when input current warn is triggered

Dear expert,

We set the the input over-current warning threshold as 7.5A, and 0xD8 IIN LIMIT Warn Alert Mask=0 vis GUI. We found the 0xE1 IIN_OP_WARN=1 when the input current rises above the threshold value. But the SMBA/ was still high. Is it normal?

Does the input over-current warning make the SMBA/ low?

Hi Dylan,

Yes, the SMBA/ should pull low to assert an Over current warning unless the respective bit in ALERT MASK register is set to 1.

Also, what is the value of D3h register ? The Input overcurrent warning will be disabled if D3 h is set to 0FFFh

Hi Praveen,

We configure the overcurrent warning by the GUI' overcurrent warning input as below. But the SMBA/ can't put high. Would you help summary how to enable this function through GUI? Thanks.
