Nominal value is ~400Kohms, but there is no specified min/max value as it is not a guaranteed spec.

You can expect large variation.

We'll check if there is some data (this module is using the TPS62130) for this parameter over temperature. This may take some time.

Here is some more information.

This resistor will vary somehow, because it's not supposed to be very accurate and it is not a tested parameter.

A good estimate is something like ~half the typical value.
