Hi TI Team,
I am using the EV2400 EVM for battery gauge application. I have already made a setup for measurement.
But the main issue is that i am unable to get any data in the bq Evaluation Software, As my system is not detecting the EV2400 USB Port.
My System OS- Windos10, So let me know how can i resolve this issue.
I have done bellow activities-
I have taken the e2e help, i have found that EV2400 having firmware version 0.18 is not supported to Win10, That's why i have downloaded the EV2400 firmware version 0.28(SLUC 702 attached for reference) from TI website.
But i am unable to understand, ie it is EV2400 firmware version or driver update.
>>If it is firmware version then the extension should not be .exe
Please provide your valuable feedback asap.
