UCC23513: overshoot and undershoot at the start of miller plateau

Hi,

my customer is driving FGY40T120SMD with UCC23513 directly, the gate drive circuit is as below:

But we will observe overshoot and undershoot during the turn on process of Vge of IGBT, the drop could reach as low as 2.5V, which is lower than turn on threshold of Vge.

What may be the cause of such overshoot and undershoot? How can we solve the problem?
